What we can and cannot answer
We can answer anything about an order placed through this site: where it is, what it cost, how to return it and when a credit should appear. We can answer anything printed on the label, because the label is in front of us.
We cannot give you medical advice. Nobody on this desk is a clinician and we are not going to pretend otherwise for the sake of being helpful. On a blood sugar product that matters more than usual: if your question is whether this is safe alongside metformin or insulin, the right person is your prescriber, who has your full history.
We cannot tell you who the doctors in Doctors' Preferred are. No clinician is named in any material we were given, and asking us will not produce one.

A first reply to an email usually comes within one business day. A return takes longer to complete than to acknowledge, because it involves a parcel in the post, and the timings on the refund page are the seller's own.
We do not use an automated support system that closes tickets. A reply comes from a person and you can reply to it.
If you have written twice and heard nothing, write a third time with the word unanswered in the subject line. Occasionally a message is filtered, and that is on us rather than on you.
What we will never ask you for
The order desk will ask for your order ID and the name on the order. It will never ask you to read out a full card number, a bank detail or a password, and neither will any email from us.
