Ask what we hold
You can ask for a list of everything connected to your name, email or phone number, and we will send it.
What we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and how to make us delete it. Written to be read.
Glucogolds collects two kinds of information: what you send us when you email or call, and anonymous measurements of how pages are used. We do not sell personal information. This website takes no payments, so we never see a card number. You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for a correction or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected].
This policy is published by Glucogolds, a USA Authorized GlucoGold Retailer, of 650 Fifth Avenue, Floor 10, New York, NY 10019. It covers the website at glucogolds.com, the email address [email protected] and the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480.
It does not cover the listing you reach after clicking a buy button. That is operated by a marketplace with its own privacy policy, its own cookies and its own account system, and once you are there none of what follows applies.
It was last updated on November 4, 2026. If we change it materially we will move that date and say what changed at the bottom of this page.
| Information | When we get it | Why we have it | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your name and email | When you email us | To answer you, and to find an order | As long as the query is open, then our email records |
| Your phone number | If you call the order desk | To handle the order you are calling about | In the order record |
| Order ID | When you give it to us | To locate an order or process a return | For the life of the return window, then our records |
| Postal address | When you return a product | To match a return against an order | For the life of the return window |
| Payment details | Never | We never see them | Not applicable. The marketplace handles payment |
| Pages you viewed | Automatically, anonymously | To see which pages help and which do not | Aggregated, with no personal identifier |
| Device type and screen size | Automatically, anonymously | To check the site works on real phones | Aggregated |
The most important row is payment details. This website does not take payments and never sees a card number. Buy buttons hand you to the listing, and your card details are given to the marketplace rather than to us.
This site is built as static pages. It sets no advertising cookie, runs no advertising pixel and builds no profile of you for targeting.
Anonymous measurement tells us which pages are read, how far down them people get and which links are followed. That is how we learn a section is not answering the question it promises to answer. None of it identifies you.
Your browser also stores ordinary things on its own account: the page you were on, your back history, anything you typed into a form. We do not read those and cannot.
When you follow a buy link, the marketplace sets its own cookies under its own policy. That happens on their site and we do not control it. If you are signed in to that marketplace, it knows far more about your visit than this site ever will.
We do not sell personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to other supplement companies.
Order information is shared only with the parties needed to complete what you asked for: the order desk that takes the call, the fulfilment operation that packs and ships, and the carrier that delivers. Each gets the minimum needed to do its part.
We would also share information where the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal order. That has not happened, and if it did we would tell you unless the order forbade it.
We will never pass your email or phone number to another company so they can market to you. If you receive marketing from a third party claiming to know about your GlucoGold order, it did not come from us and we would like to hear about it.
Email [email protected] for any of these. We answer within five business days.
You can ask for a list of everything connected to your name, email or phone number, and we will send it.
You can ask for the actual records rather than a summary. Same address, same timescale.
If something is wrong, tell us and we will change it. A misspelled name on an order is the most common example.
We will delete what we can. We cannot delete a record we are legally required to keep, such as a completed sale, and we will tell you which those are.
We run no marketing list, so the only messages you get from us are replies. Say stop and we will.
Tell us first, because we can usually fix it faster than anyone else. If we cannot, you can raise it with your state attorney general's office.
The website is served over an encrypted connection, which is the padlock in your browser. That protects what travels between your device and the pages you read.
Email is the weaker link and always is. Email is not end-to-end encrypted by default, so please do not send us anything that does not need to be in an email. We will never ask you for a card number, a bank detail or a password, and any message that does is not from us.
The order desk will ask for your order ID and the name on the order. It will not ask you to read out a full card number, and if a call claiming to be from us does, hang up and call +1 (302) 200-3480 yourself.
We keep order-related records for as long as a return can still be made against them, then they move into ordinary business records. We do not store card details, because we never have them.
Several US states give residents specific rights over personal information, including the right to know what is collected, the right to a copy, the right to correction and the right to deletion. We apply those rights to everyone who contacts us, regardless of state, because operating two standards would be more work than operating one.
We do not sell personal information, so the right to opt out of a sale has nothing to act on here. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, because we do no advertising of that kind.
This product is for adults and this site is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
To exercise any right, email us from the address you contacted us with. We answer within five business days and we do not charge for it.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who sees it, the last-updated date at the top of this page moves forward and the change is described here. A policy that quietly changes without a date change is not one you should trust, on this site or on any other.
A privacy policy is long when a company collects a lot. This site takes no payments, runs no advertising, sets no advertising cookie, keeps no marketing list and builds no profile of you. What is left is the message you send us and anonymous page measurements, and describing that honestly does not take ten thousand words.
Email [email protected]. We answer privacy questions the same way we answer order questions, from a person, within five business days.
